I thought I’d have to sit through endless therapy sessions.
I thought I’d need to revisit the darkest moments of my past.
I thought healing meant reliving everything that hurt me.
And honestly?
I tried that route.
It didn’t work.
What no one tells you is this:
You can be deeply spiritual and still stuck in survival.
You can do all the “right” things—talk therapy, self-help, medication—and still feel broken inside.
You can want to heal, but be too scared to open the box of your trauma.
That was me.
Until something in me said:
“What if there’s another way?”
